Ecuador Missions Trip Summer 2027
July 14, 2027
- July 26, 2027

We’re so excited to announce a special missions trip to Ecuador this summer for our youth student, youth leaders, young adults, and families of our youth!
Together, we’ll serve alongside our justice partner, Casa Mis Sueños, in Quito, Ecuador, joining them in the incredible work they’re already doing in their community. We’ll have opportunities to serve women and teens coming out of sexual exploitation, minister to the vulnerable Trans community, and trek into the Amazon Jungle to serve vulnerable children and their families. We’ll also share the Gospel, create spaces for connection through sports and drama, and partner with a local youth group for a special community event.
And of course, this trip isn’t all work! We’re planning some unforgettable adventures, cultural experiences, and plenty of opportunities to explore, have fun, and make memories together along the way. 🌎✨
We believe this trip will be a powerful opportunity for our youth, young adults, and families to encounter God, step outside their comfort zones, and discover what it looks like to love and serve people in another culture. As we prepare over the next several months, we’ll grow together in sharing our faith, hearing from God, and ministering prophetically with confidence, understanding and honoring cultural differences, and learning more about the experiences of the people we’ll be serving.
Most of all, we want to grow in love, compassion, courage, and a heart for the people God is inviting us to serve!

FAQs
1. Do I need special vaccines to travel?
No, no special vaccines are required for the areas we will be traveling, although general vaccines are always considered favorable for any international travel (standard vaccines in the US)
2. Do I need a Passport
Yes! The earlier you can start applying for one the better
3. Can we bring another one of our children who isn’t youth aged?
Yes, as long as you as the parent are accompanying, siblings are welcome.
4. Do we have to come with our children?
No, we have various pastors and youth leaders present to care for all of the youth but of course we welcome as many parents join us that would like to.
5. Is it safe?
No travel is risk-free, but everywhere we will be is a place where we feel confident taking our children. These are locations that our Justice Partners often visit, have strong relationships with, and often bring teams to. Our partners routinely host international teams and are used to providing travel, food, water, and accommodations that best serve non-locals.
6. How will we communicate?
Most of the individuals we will be serving speak Spanish, and when we are in the jungle, the indigenous communities will speak their native dialect. We will always have translators with us throughout the trip, but we will also help our students learn some basic phrases in Spanish! (I hope you guys are paying attention in Spanish class!)
7. Where will we be staying?
We will be staying all together on a guest house property (dorm style/family style rooms) and in a lodge while traveling into the jungle.
